Background

Golden Years Apartment is a prominent residential complex located in one of the most rapidly growing urban areas in Shenzhen, China. The project consists of 12 buildings, accommodating 726 families. As part of an initiative to enhance the security and convenience for its residents, the property management sought to install a state-of-the-art video intercom system.

Each unit is equipped with HD video intercom devices (TD-D232 outdoor station and TD-R39 indoor monitor), allowing residents to see and communicate with visitors before granting access.

The TD-D232 outdoor station supports multiple unlocking options including face recognition, password, card and QR code, featuring visitor message and advertising playback functions. The TD-R39 indoor monitor provides camera surveillance, security alarms, calling property management, and public notification push features.

Phone Remote Control

Trudian Cloud App provides extra convenience for residents to remotely control the video intercom devices, talk to visitors and unlock the door wherever they are.

Centralized Management Platform

Trudian Community Management Center Platform enables the property management team to monitor and manage all intercom activities across the complex from a single control center.

Seamless Integration

This video intercom system was seamlessly integrated with the existing security infrastructure, including access control and CCTV devices, providing an additional layer of security.
